After you complete the revenge quest, Kumiko's older brother arrives in Vvardenfel. He didn't go to Vvardenfel with Kumiko and her parents, but stayed on the mountain island with his grandfather, the grandmaster of the Osamu Ninja Clan, to be trained. He's only there to pay his his respects and visit Kumiko before going off to war. Kumiko of course will want to go with him, and take you along as well.
There is an ancient ninja, that turned to evil and worships the Daedra gods, who resides on an island, and put an ancient curse on the island. The island is barren rock and inhospitable, littered with demons, but has many resources.
A small orc colony has discovered the island and began mining gold, iron, and other raw materials. But the island, and everything on it, is cursed. including the gold. when the cursed gold and stuff was distributed, it spread the curse, corrupting and turning the orcs evil. They began to build an empire, and started to believe they are the chosen race, and plan global domination and extermintation of all.
The osamu ninja's have known for generations about the island and have kept it a secret and contained the curse, but they are a small clan and cannot stop the new orcish empire alone. But if they send word for help, the temptation of others to mine the gold will spread the curse.
So it is up to you to defeat the orcs, demons, and finally the evil ninja, and lift the curse.
I plan to make the orcs weapons and armor resemble samurai, and have stealth play a more important role in gameplay. The guards are to be scripted that if you are detected, they spawn other gurds untill you either escape or are killed. So sneaking by them or successful stealth kills, will be the way to complete most objectives. Unfortunately i accidently deleted the script I had for that. so i'll have to re-make, but I may try a different angle.

Okay, so the evil ninja is a false daedra god, worshipped by these orcs. His power comes from a daedric shrine on the island, you will have to find several artifacts scattered about on the island in other shrines and caves, which will be used as keys to open areas of the main shrine.
In these rooms are several power gems or whatever, sorta like tri-force pieces in zelda, that have to be desrtroyed one at a time, to deminish the ninja's power, so you can kick his ass and save the world. each one of course will be guarded by hordes of orcs, daedra, and bosses.
If I can ever get the time to do this it'll be cool.
